Cardas audio cables
Cardas Cables are arranged into product lines, each of which contains a variety of cables designed to perform at a similar level. For example, the Parsec product line contains an interconnect, speaker, power, digital, and headphone cable.
Of course, you can mix & match, as all of our product lines play well together. For example system can use Parsec speaker cables, Clear Sky interconnects, and Clear Reflection power cables. Cardas cables also work well in systems that include cables from other manufacturers.
Made with Ultra Pure Copper wire

Cardas cables feature our own Grade 1, Ultra Pure Copper wire, produced using a proprietary method developed by George Cardas prior to founding Cardas Audio.
No other method of producing copper wire results in the purity and uniform grain structure. For this reason, our copper is used by many other manufacturers, and even in laboratories around the world for it superior electrical and thermal conductivity.
We also produce high purity silver wire. Although we don't use silver in our cables, it is used by many other cable and electronics manufacturers.
Golden Ratio scaled, multi-stranded Litz conductors

The Golden Ratio (1:1618) is found in nature, music, and often used in architecture. Some of the best sounding listening rooms employ Golden Ratio dimensions. Physical dimensions that adhere to this ratio are asthetically pleasing. Rooms built to it eliminate resonances that take away from the listening experience.
In a cable, Golden Ratio scaling involves placing the smallest wire at the center of the conductor, with each subsequent layer stepping up in size at a ratio of 1:1.618. This micro-resonance control technique is the subject of one of George Cardas' first patents, US Patent 4,628,151.
Litz conductors use multiple strands of wire, each enameled to prevent crosstalk between strands. The enamel coating also prevents the copper wire from oxidizing.
